Group and garden club/society visits

Due to the madness of some of the Open Days, i.e. 750 visitors on my last open day, smaller group visits are being encouraged.

A number have already taken place including some summer evening viewings with wine, getting fancy eh?! It is also more of an opportunity to talk to visitors as I mentioned before, you don't really get the time on normal open days. As there are normally so many questions that people want answering, this is surely a better way to see the garden.
And so much quieter!!........no crowds........

I have mentioned to people in the area that they should visit the garden. They often say that they have been already however due to the crowds etc I have not had a chance to say anything to them.
I have some fantastic cake makers and the results of this are always available, which is surely an additional temptation!!

These have proved very popular, as the group concerned has the garden to themselves for the afternoon or evening.

Evening visits on a warm summer evening can be very pleasant, perhaps with wine. We charge £6 per head for such evenings, and this includes tea/coffee/cakes and or wine.
